USER PROBLEMS: Users take issue with the current Event and Team invite emails, as they do not provide much detail about what they can do as collaborators or provide links to helpful materials. The overall design is relatively lackluster and does not draw users' attention. Users do not receive a follow-up email if they are new to the software and therefore do not have direct links or guidance to onboarding materials to help them learn how to use the software.
TOOLS: Figma, external emails and search engines, Jira tickets (to reference the original user problem)

UX DESIGN PROCESS
Since this project mostly revolved around redesigning, I did not do much discovery for the Event/Team emails. I was also provided examples from peers to reference as I went about redesigning. For the follow-up emails, I did a bit of research within my own emails I received from other companies or services to get inspiration.
I ultimately ended up with three ideation rounds and settled on the fourth round as the final product. These final emails provide more dynamic visuals and more details as to what users can do as a part of a team or with the product in general.
Below are the finalized designs for the emails. There are two different versions: one for free users and one for paid users. Due to Cvent policies, I can only show the free user versions.

NEXT STEPS
These designs have been finalized, but not yet built. I have no knowledge regarding whether these will be built and released into the product's emails. I take pride in these designs, and as this was my first project during my summer 2023 internship with Cvent, I learned a lot about email design and its complexities and details from the first draft to the last.
